Amazing service! Reality Games accommodated my every need and even went above and beyond to load my own personal game onto the machine. They had super fast replies and were very reasonably priced! The machine was great quality and everything I needed. Would definitely recommend them and will use them in my future events!
Highly recommend Reality Games Australia. After initially booking with another Pinball Hire company, I had to cancel due to absolutely no customer service or communication, i was worried they wouldn’t show up. Thank goodness i kept scrolling on Google and came across Reality Games, they are Fantastic, completely different experience from the previous company. David is so accomodating, great communication and his machines are new. He was so helpful with selection for my husbands 50th birthday, it was a huge success. Also, delivery was easy, the driver called when he was on the way and was great to deal with, very respectful of the home. You won’t be disappointed with the experience from start to finish.
